The LV800T(B+Y) Linear Guide CNC Turning-Milling Compound Center is an automated CNC machining machine tool. It features a fully enclosed protective cover and a robust, elegant overall design. This machine is used for machining internal and external cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces, end faces, grooves, and chamfers of workpieces. The spindle structure has been improved to enhance machine rigidity. It is widely applied in industries such as automotive, aerospace, molds, high-speed rail, food and chemical machinery, and electronics for high-efficiency processing of precision parts. It is particularly suitable for rough and finish machining of automotive components, including wheel hubs, brake drums, flywheel housings, clutch housings, pressure plates, rims, differential housings, disc-type parts, and more. Additionally, it can be equipped with gantry systems or robots to enable unmanned production, based on specific requirements.

II. Machine Features

  1. Quick and convenient workpiece clamping, suitable for high-precision machining of complex-shaped disc-type parts.

  2. Long service life. High-speed silent screws and silent linear guides minimize thermal displacement and ensure high precision.

  3. The base adopts a closed box-type structure with thin-wall multi-rib design and a stable symmetrical cross-section, providing excellent structural rigidity to meet the demands of heavy-duty cutting.

  4. The spindle features high torque and rigidity. The main motor is an AC servo motor connected via belt drive, offering high transmission efficiency and precision.

  5. Equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system.

  6. Tool Turret: The turret utilizes a servo motor for indexing, a gear disc for positioning, and hydraulic clamping. It employs system-original servo motors for fast tool changes and high positioning accuracy. The turret is fully sealed internally, with no lifting during rotation, ensuring precise and stable performance.

  7. B-axis permanent magnet synchronous electric spindle.
